This is a wine worthy of a phoenix - an emergence - a renewal of thought. Yes - I am affixed with the intensity of the red wines; this white has taken my breath away. Citrus and smoke on the front of the tongue with creme brulee behind and finally a pleasant and lingering semblance of cherry amidst the french oak that created this elixir of life.
