WTC Wine

The cork says it all. This wine was loved for many years before it was given the opportunity to perform at our table. And perform it did. Each taste - each scent was slightly different. Pepper and meats and cheese rotating through palatte and nose with mild pepper and spice in the round. Tannins have held strong and with a pointedly French style, this wine has many years left if well preserved. A joy today and a joy tomorrow.
