WTC Wine

A nice chateauneuf-du-pape enjoyed near Zürichsee. An extremely subtle nose which exposes the richness of the grape when pressed. But the palette explodes with vanilla and lingers with mild bits of cedar and tobacco. The ending is long and a tad bitter, but slightly resembles tart prunes as it settles. A must re-do.
