Still tight after 90 minutes, but most enjoyable. Nose was wooded fruits early and then lost its charm with a little time. But the flavor was reminiscent of an autumn hike: bright, crisp, tannic, and perfect to accompany with a wood-grilled salmon.

Enjoyed at BlackSalt in DC.

Beautifully mild yet distinctive.
