Clarendon Hills

An aussie bomb of a wine. Smokey, fully textured with plenty of staying power. It cut through a black (and I mean black) and blue steak better than my top of the line table knife. I was surprised at the origin of this wine. It immediately reminded me of the stronger side of Napa, with a little flair all its own.
